Acer HUSB Device ?

Postby davidnb » Wed Dec 16, 2009 9:46 am

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with the "Acer HUSB Device" driver when connecting to windows.
I have tried on both Windows XPsp3 and Windows 7 but it cannot install this driver, I have looked on the acer site but it seems
there is only the manuel to download. I have also had a google and that does not bring anything that is helpfull.
Hopefully someone out there has seen some usefull info on this as i cant be the only one to have come across this.

I hijacked this thread from the Android Forums as I had the same problem but now solved! Funny that Acer doesn't include the driver for Liquid!

If you just want to be able to use it as a flash drive, just pull down the notification bar and press the usb connection notification and then press mount. Now you'll be able to transfer pictures and music etc. to the sd card If that's not what you're looking for, i'm not the guy to ask

Hope this helps!

I did not require a driver on Windows 7. It works by default. Of course I am using the Android 2.xx ROM update by Acer. The original was shipped with Android 1.6
