I just bought an Acer Liquid in Taiwan, and have a question about using new ringtones that the clerks weren't abe to assist me with. I downloaded some ringtones and notification sounds, but have no idea how to get them to work on the phone. They don't automatically appear in the ringtone or notification lists. Does anyone know how I can get them to work on my phone? Sorry if I am way behind on the tech curve.

Open the file/song you wanted in the Music app

Press the Menu button on your phone (its the rightmost button) and choose "Set as ringtone" from the menu.
